You will learn how to make sustainable lifestyle changes that recharge your energy levels, uplift your mood, and reignite your zest for life.
Six one-on-one sessions with an Accredited Practising Dietitian:
These sessions will help you understand which foods nourish your mind and body. You’ll receive individualised coaching and support designed to boost your mood, help manage your weight, improve sleep, reduce inflammation and leave you feeling more energised.
Six one-on-one sessions with a Health and Wellbeing Coach and Accredited Exercise Physiologist:
These sessions will provide a space to explore your mindset patterns, release limiting beliefs, and reprogram self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviours. Walking the path of self-awareness and personal growth, you’ll develop the tools to reduce stress, increase purpose and focus, and create the life you desire.

Wellness for Women is a telehealth program. It is available Australia wide, from the comfort of your own home – your choice of either phone or Zoom. We look forward to supporting you on your wellness journey.
