Dr Paul is a Professor of Nutrition with over 25 years experience as a researcher, university educator, author and clinician. His goal is to provide personalised treatments to people who live with dietary conditions.

Dr Paul is NDIS accredited, allowing him to support NDIS recipients and their families. He provides guidance to people who require general advice through to those with complex medical conditions who are reliant on home enteral nutrition.  

Dr Paul understands that men’s needs and food preferences may differ from those of women. He feels he is in a unique position to offer a male perspective and male-specific solutions.

Dr Paul believes that eating should be one of life’s simple pleasures. He offers nutrition support to people who are wanting to get off the dieting merry go round and make peace with food. His goal is to help people feel calm around food and discover a sustainable approach to optimise their health and wellbeing.
