COVID, FLU, RSV & OTHER INFECTIOUS CONDITIONS

We implement strict hygiene standards with staff and clients. Please read the sign on our door before entering and follow all instructions. You must wear your mask correctly prior to entering our premises (so that it covers both your mouth and nose at all times). This is to protect staff and patients who are immuno-suppressed.  

If you or a family member are unwell or have been in contact with someone who has been unwell during the last week and you have a face-to-face appointment at Coffs Coast Nutrition, you will need to reschedule your appointment. Alternatively, you can contact us to arrange a telehealth consult (via phone or Zoom / video) with our dietitian, at the same day and time.

Our dietitians started offering Zoom and phone consultations several years ago. These have been so popular that we have continued to offer them, in addition to face-to-face appointments. Most people appreciate the convenience of having a consult from the comfort of their home or during their lunch break at work, without the need to travel.
